MitoQ returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your order, please firstly view our Money Back Guarantee Policy to see if your eligible. Otherwise, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mitoq.com with further information and they’ll be able to assist you further. If applicable, they’ll organize a return for the items for a refund or exchange.
The following terms and conditions apply with returning your order for a refund or exchange:
- The product must have been purchased directly from the mitoq.com website. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange a return.
- Products must be returned at the cost of the buyer within 30 days of the original order date.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) must be enclosed with your return.
- We cannot accept returns on used products (applicable for MitoQ Advanced Skincare Range) or opened products (applicable for MitoQ Supplements).
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the cases such as item is no longer required, you failed to claim or refuse the item at customs, ordered in error, or missed the delivery.
- Upon receipt of the order, your item(s) will be refunded to the original form of payment used to purchase the goods, minus a restocking and administration fee. Please allow up to 30 working days to receive the refund.
- No responsibility will be accepted by MitoQ for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible refund claims due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
- Please note that packages can take several weeks to be returned to us. A full refund will be given if the return is a result of our error.
- MitoQ reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any refund claim that we have reason to believe does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and/or verify the validity of all claimants, as it deems necessary.
